6. Data acquisition

Recording starts by pushing the start key or amperage signal.
Four kinds of welding image are shown in the main flame. Voltage and amperage signals are indicated on the bottom column. When the signal exceeds good range, the blue color changes to red.
System teaches the welding conditon to trainee by five different melodies.

(1) Push start key, then you get left screen. This is the case of video signal doesn't reach. Put on the video system.
(2) Data acquisition starts by pushing the start key or high voltage or amperage signals are detected.
(3) In case of time out or push the end key, data acquisition stops.
(4) Actual scien of welding process is shown in the main frame. Voltage and amperage signals are ploted bottom column with situation color.
(5) Five kinds of melodies indicate process condition during data acquisition.

1. System has ability to record mentor's or trainee's voice during welding.
2. Trainee can watch his/her own character and difference from the experts in stable mentality.
3. It is easy tocompare vieterans procedure and fresh person's process.
